Whats the role?



The Virtual Care Representative works collaboratively with the TWC team while using critical thinking skills to inform patients. As a Virtual Care Representative, you will have a profound effect on the lives of the patients through communicating while supporting on the use of our health supplements, scheduling virtual care consultations with TWC providers and answering any questions concerning TWC emergency kits. You will also demonstrate attention to detail while partaking in the review process to ensure patients receive their kits in a timely manner. The VC Representative will also triage and monitor incoming care requests to make sure that patients care needs are being appropriately addressed by their selected telehealth service type. The role is an important piece of the continuity of care for patients at The Wellness Company.





Experience required to perform this job.

• High School Diploma Required


• RN, LPN, MA, Tech, or Pharmacy Experience Required


• College, Trade, or Tech School Diploma

• 2+ years experience as a care provider in a TeleHealth platform preferred


• Experience in high-growth start-up companies preferred, not required

• Attention to detail is a must


• Experience using an EMR platform


• Experience using customer service platforms


• Working knowledge of Outlook, Zoom, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


• Demonstrated relationship-building skills with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to patients and healthcare providers.


• Ability to manage multiple sources of diverse and complex information to resolve complex issues.


• Presents a positive attitude, resilience, and calm demeanor to unsatisfied patients.


• Passion for problem-solving and delivering memorable, high-satisfaction customer service experiences.


• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-departmental both clinically and with business stakeholders.
